We read it properly
Your message goes straight to Joycelyn, not a queue. If something is unclear or looks like it might be a typo in a name or date, you will get a question rather than a guess.

You get options, not a single price
Most requests have more than one sensible answer. A reunion of forty might work better as shirts plus one backdrop than shirts alone, and we will show you the difference in cost.

A proof follows
Once the direction is settled, you get a visual mockup of your actual design to approve or change.

Only then do you pay
Payment comes after approval. Nothing is produced before you have seen it and said yes.
Details that speed things up
None of these are required, and a short message is genuinely fine. But if you already know them, mentioning them in the first message can save a day of back and forth.
- The exact wording you want, spelled how you want it to appear
- Your event date, especially if it is inside three weeks
- Rough sizes for apparel, even approximate counts
- Wall or table measurements for banners and backdrops
- Any colors that must match something you already have
- A photo of an idea you liked, even from somewhere else
Straight answers on cost
Pricing depends on the item, the quantity and how involved the design is, which is why there is no fixed table here. What we can promise is that the quote you get is the price you pay, with no setup fee appearing later and no per-name surcharge for standard personalization.
Small orders cost less than most people expect. Large orders get better per-piece pricing, and we will tell you the quantity where the price drops rather than letting you order one short of it.
If the number does not work for your budget, say so. There is usually a different blank, a simpler design or a smaller size that lands closer, and we would rather find it than lose the order over silence.
